I think the fellow needs to get out some, see what the real world is paying for boats like that.  I always get a grin when I see a listing like that " new motor"  been sitting for Years outside ...yea right, locked up only the last few years.

I really like those boats with the fold down transom steps like that, too Cool !

I can NOT imagine actually having that for a "pleasure" boat. Showing off or shows, but really??? Once again I say..... "Some People"! ;) It takes all kinds for sure!
