I have a friend with a steel shop/ marine/ auto repair place. I had him re-position the bow stop/ winch stand of my boat. He offered to lift the boat up so I could change out the bunks. It was a little scary, but it worked.

We finally got all the bunks replaced after waiting another week for more bunk carpet. We were about 1 foot short.
Last night I used some CLR to get the deposits off the outdrive. I'll be adding a drive shower soon to help keep it cool and clean. And new (to me) props are on the way.

Looking real good. Glad your guy hung around long enough. CLR will hardly penetrate the deposits from my lake. The best I found was 10% grade vinegar. Wouldn't recommend inside the shop though. I do it outside.
