Texoma?

Hey gang, Yea I know I have not been on here in some time. But hell all the sweet Glastrons on here put me to shame since I have hardly touched my little boat (73 cv16) since I picked it up. I keep tossing too much $$$$$ in the big boat.
Anyway you guys planning on anything on Texoma this year? Sure would like to hook up with you all again. "Texoma '08" was a blast.

Hi Gordo,  glad to see ya here,  I had about decided that you fell overboard and one of those big old blue cats off Preston point got ya.

I'm looking forward to another Texoma event also.  I think we should set up on the north side of Pelican Island this time ..

Gordo,

I'll be down there on and off all summer. Do you know any shorelines littered with fossils on the TX side. I know a lot on the OK side. I like to search for little bits of treasure. I've found fish vertebrae, 23 different kinds of fossil from the Cretaceous period, ~80-100mya, and some shark teeth. I'm ready for the first trip NOW!

Welcome over Smokey, all boats are welcome, this is a non branded site. We have more than Glastrons on here, it just seems the Glastron folks are more outspoken.

I'm taking some vacation during the week after Memorial day.  I'm planning on making a trip to Texoma for a day.  Sure hope the weather plays out for that week.  Ya know how it goes though, it seems it rains that weekend most every year.  I've been rained out more times, and yet still I do it every year.  Go figure.  Die hard I guess, being the first real "weekend" of the year.  If anyones gonna be around then, It's always better with a friend!

Keep us reminded! Or better yet put it on the Calender and maybe we can talk everyone into adding their fun runs so we can all check them periodically.
