Looking for windshield or pattern to make or get made a new one. Help for an old 1959 Glastron SeaFlite. gouliquerab@sympatico.ca Help an old Canuck out. There is little to no info here in North Western Ontario. Hello to Minnesota, Im about 100miles from International Falls. Any leeds would be helpful
Well hello, from a fellow Canuck! I'm originally from Cardston, Alberta, but have lived in the States for about 15 years now. I have a 1958 Glastron Fireflite that I restored, and it needed a windsheild also. I found a few interesting websites that talked about making one out of plastic, but I didn't think it would turn out nice enough. I ended up just watching the local ads for junk boats, and I would offer them a few bucks for parts before they sold them, or junked them. I found most of the parts I needed that way! I don't have all original parts, but they fit and look nice! I found a nice glass windsheild for $20!! E-bay is one way to go for small parts, but not something heavy, and hard to ship like a windshield. Hope this helps a little!
