Here are a few pix for your viewing pleasure! The first three are of my '82 Honda V-45 Magna that I restored. It was a Seattle bike, not running, covered in rust and ready for the scrap yard! It was my brother-in-laws, and he was getting rid of it. I had told him that I had owned an '83 back when I was a teen, so he told me I could have it if I came up to get it. My brother helped me rebuild the carbs, and get most of the rust out of the gas tank and lines. I pulled all the dents, and re-painted all the tins, and also painted the flames on the windscreen. I spent countless hours with steel wool and a wire wheel to get all the rust off the chrome and other metal on the bike. I also chopped off the exhaust collector, and straight-piped it which gave it a lot more power, and just loud enough to annoy the neighbors too. It turned out really nice! I'm kinda sad that I don't have any 'before' pictures of it. I finally sold it, and bought my first bullet bike, a 1990 Honda CBR 600F, which I recently sold to catch up on medical bills.
***just got our scanner working and had to show off what the tins looked like on that Magna before I painted them. Also, I fabricated one of the side covers out of wire mesh, and body filler!

Good looking projects, I went on a bike buying spree back when I was in the military in Georgia during 84-86. Bought and sold a 84 Honda Shadow, 85 Honda Interceptor and a 86 Kawasaki KX250 dirt bike.
I got my scanner working, so I scanned in some old project pictures. They are the before and after shots of my '71 Chev Chevelle that I restored, and our '89 Chev Beretta that I rebuilt, painted a splash job on, and gave to my wife for a wedding gift!
