Lake Pictures

My daughter rescued an Austrailian Shepherd that was featured on a tv local station. We took him out on the boat New Years Eve day since it was 75*. He is going to turn out to be a great boata nd slip dog.

me and the Fox hooked took a day off and went up to Muskogee, Ok where the two tall ships were docked, then went on up the river a mile or so and went thru the USS Batfish, had a good time, seemed like a little vacation. We took the old van, met up there with my daughter, son-in-law, and our pretty little granda...

We stayed in a nice house along the cliffs. Had to use one of the only boat ramps still open (CliffView). Still seeing more rocks and tree stumps that we use to drive over. Saw more sunk boats and I found three fishing reels and one graphite fishing rod. Saturday felt like fall weather then.....10...

We closed on the boat on thursday and took a 4 day weekend off. On sunday we had a couple people with us out on the boat all day and when we made it back to the slip a few friends showed up I hadn't seen in years. Well, we headed to Lake Whitney again for the 4th and had and "eventful" trip. . . . centipedes, a little spider...tarantula?? and there were critters in the wall behind the bathtub at our lake side cabin. The first big fiasco was trying to pull the boat from the slope I had parked it on so t...

We did not get run over by any cig boats, but we saw several.....just jet skis.....we went to the north end in the stumps. literaly....pizzaz was high centerd a couple of times.......only the local experts were zooming around. Thursday night at Grampy Larry's was wild....three guys on the stage....

Debra and I took a 4 day break and went to Galveston Island for Memorial Day weekend. A little damage left from Hurricane Ike in 08 but for the most part all has been repaired or replaced.

Ok where are they at!!!!!

We just go 10 inches of snow on Christmas and I am ready to get the Carlson out on the lake. Pictures of my son on our last trip to the lake...enjoy...
